There are 118 suites and villas, each with a private plunge pool, with enchanting sea and sunset views. Greek white-wash, clean lines and modern art punctuate the spaces and walls. The Pacman Sunset Restaurant offers boho-chic alfresco dining by the pool and is unquestionably the best spot on the island for a sundowner! Delicious Mediterranean delicacies and sushi are on the menu. Andronis Arcadia is also home to the island’s first trendy Beefbar, a concept originally created by Riccardo Giraudi in Monte Carlo. Overlooking the Aegean, the delectable Beefbar menu balances the Greek summer heat with light, tasty, small plate dishes inspired by popular street food recipes from around the world. Think tuna ceviche with coconut and crunchy lobster tacos with Satay sauce.

Guests are also encouraged to venture into nearby Oia to enjoy the alfresco cliffside restaurants located within the Andronis sister properties - the superb menu at 'Lauda' is big on local seafood, whilst 'Lycabettus' serves succulent lobster, chicken and wagyu, perched on the caldera cliffside in what is undoubtedly one of the most scenic dining spots in the whole of Santorini. 

The infinity pool is the buzzing centrepiece but below this, the vast Grande Pool also radiates a vibrant Beach Club vibe. There is a Kids Club and a relaxing Spa where you can indulge in pampering facials, massages, body wraps as well as a water therapy experience with the hot and cold L-shaped Kneipp pools.  

A Santorini 'must' is the energetic, zig-zag walk to nearby Ammoudi Bay, located at the bottom of a steep, cliffside walk, down 300 steps to this quaint former fishing village. It is filled with gorgeously rustic fish tavernas, with one of Santorini's best swimming spots hidden behind the bay. It's a magical place, oozing romance and charm, with colourful houses lapped by turquoise blue sea.
