Celebrated Greek chef Yiannis Kioroglou leads the culinary journey at Cosme, bringing his passion for ‘Medite-grecian’ cuisine to the hotel’s Mediterranean restaurant which revels in its beachfront setting with uninterrupted panoramic views. Having joined the Cosme team from La Petite Maison in Cannes and La Guerite in Saint Barth and with a background in some of Europe’s favourite dining spots, Yiannis remains faithful to his Greek roots and breathes Greek ‘philoxenia’ in all his culinary creations. Each recipe reflects the generosity and laid-back yet rich traditions of Paros, Greece and the Mediterranean sea.

Cosme’s private beach club allows guests to dip their toes into the pristine Aegean waters, while enjoying cocktails and sunny bites on the seaside loungers alongside breezy music tunes. Perhaps the pièce de resistance however, is the wellness oasis in Elios, Cosme’s spa and wellness hub. Inspired by the ever-present water element in the islands of the Cyclades, it features a star-gazing area at the highest point of the hotel, ideal for yoga and meditation rituals, while overlooking Naoussa and the beautiful beach.
