Capella Hanoi

The heart of the hotel is the Living Room, an elegant lounge where the Capella Culturalists will indulge guests in all things Hanoi – from expert classes in local handcrafts such as bamboo fan making, Vietnamese coffee cupping, Lacquer painting or infusing your own Hanoi Spirit gin. In the Diva’s Lounge, afternoon tea with all sorts of delicious local and international delicacies are on offer, and in the evening, guests are treated to pre-dinner cocktails and canapes, complete with an opera singer. The hotel’s backstage restaurant serves up delicious Vietnamese inspired dishes and sumptuous champagne breakfasts, surrounded by theatrical costumes. In complete contrast, the rooftop Hudson Room is a New York inspired bar and restaurant serves the finest whiskeys and tasty tipples, with indulgent caviar, oyster and fish dishes. Their Teppanyaki Restaurant Koki’s chef’s table has earned it a Michelin Star so as you can imagine, bookings are essential.

Each of the 47 rooms are individually furnished around the Opera theme with original operatic artefacts, rich fabrics and custom-made art with sumptuous amenities and a luxury finish. Spacious Premier Rooms have a French Balcony and courtyard view. For more space Junior Suites have a separate living room and Premier Suites, a dining room. For the wow factor (well… they all have that) upgrade to a Terrace Opera Suite with its own al-fresco terrace.
