Owned and hosted by Fabrizio Molinaro and his wife Marika, each of the villas – Cliff Villa, Garden Villa and Beach Villa - enjoys a secluded location, perched on coral cliffs which overlook the white sands of Diani Beach and the Indian Ocean. Most of the exquisite furniture, which reflects the local African heritage, is made in the family-run workshop under the watchful eye of Marika who was in the fashion business for many years and is now an interior designer.

Each villa has three or four bedrooms, a large ocean-facing verandah, a swimming pool and a dedicated team of staff – impeccable discreet service is a hallmark here! Alfajiri is all about flexibility and privacy- it is the perfect romantic bolthole for couples and equally suited to families and groups of friends travelling together. For families a nanny is also included in the rates.

Dining is a signature experience at Alfajiri- there is no menu, so each meal is catered around your tastes. Trust us when we say the food is exceptional! Fresh seafood is brought in daily from the beach and the dishes include some of the best crab, prawns, lobster and sea fish available! The salad and vegetables come from local farms whilst the fruit is hand-picked from trees and bushes around Diani.

Walk five miles in either direction along beautiful Diani beach and take in the wild and pristine coastline. Take advantage of the golf course, induldge in daily massages and try your hand at kite surfing. Energetic families will love the watersports and a local Ngalawa (African boat) is at your disposal for snorkelling excursions to the reef! Deep sea fishing, dhow trips and safaris to see the elephants in the hills are all on offer and nannies are available too. This is post-safari decadence at its best!
