Hotel Azúcar has one restaurant which offers cooking demonstrations and serves traditional food from the region including seafood and stuffed local fish.

The hotel comprises 20 stylish and comfortable rooms known as palapas. Each features a beautiful terrace with a locally made hammock. Inside, whitewashed walls are in keeping with the hotel’s minimalist style and the furniture has been created to mirror those found on the owner’s grandparents’ porch back in the day.
