Boasting a brilliant location in the chic Lafayette neighbourhood of Guadalajara, Casa Habita effortlessly blends history with modern design. Set in an original early 20th century house and flourished with a strikingly cool style and retro flair, this boutique hotel stands out from the crowd with its creative style and slick architecture. Artistic furnishings and minimalist décor welcome guests in all common spaces and rooms, thoughtfully designed across two buildings: the new contemporary high rise and the refurbished old home.

The retro designed restaurant offers a real culinary experience that reflects the hotel’s style and sophistication – soak up the cosmopolitan and modern atmosphere! The menu overflows with local flavours infused with international influences.
Casa Habita’s rooftop terrace enjoys complete vistas of the city giving a great backdrop to enjoy a drink alongside live music on weekends.
Casa Habita’s style continues into the 37 guest rooms which enjoy modern design with 1940s flair. Marshmallow soft beds, tonnes of natural light, and heavenly rain showers are featured in all rooms, and some have gorgeous views stretching out over the neighbourhood’s treetops to the metropolis beyond.
Vintage bikes are available at the hotel to get out and about around the trendy neighbourhood. The rooftop has a great bar and a lovely, raised pool with a few sun loungers for guests to relax on after a day out exploring. And for those wishing to indulge in a spa treatment, the hotel’s spa is also located on the rooftop in a beautiful, isolated section enjoying stunning views.
