Product brands are spot-on: Ariadne uses natural Greek herbs, and Voya is a family-run Irish company that bases its products and treatments on hand-harvested seaweed. If you can take time out from holistic heaven-on-earth, then hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkelling all come highly recommended. De-stressing has never felt so natural.
