Opened in 2016, Water Garden Sigiriya is the newest luxury boutique hotel in the Cultural Triangle, just six kilometres from Sigiriya Rock. This breathtakingly beautiful hotel is set around lakes and water streams and each stunning villa boasts incredible views of Sigiriya Rock.
Water Garden Sigiriya Hotel
The hotel offers 30 luxury, modern villas, most with private pools. We love the Superior Deluxe Villas, ideal for honeymooners and couples. The spacious interior combines a contemporary bedroom with King-sized bed with a separate airy living area. The private plunge pool is surrounded by an expansive pool deck. For families, we recommend one of the four Duplex Villas, split over two levels, with a double room upstairs and a twin downstairs.
The main restaurant is situated in the middle of the lake with views of Sigiriya Rock and guests can choose to sit inside or outside. The emphasis is on organically-grown product with the option of traditional local fare, with an exciting new twist or exceptional cuisine from around the world.
The Water Garden Sigiriya Spa invites your body and your mind to unwind and relax. The warm hues and the earthly tones combine with the organic ingredients to provide a high quality choice of treatments, including traditional Balinese massages. There is a well-equipped fitness centre, billiards and archery as well as cycling. The ideal location of Water Garden provides an excellent base from which to explore Dambulla, Sigiriya, Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa and a helipad allows the chance to explore these with ease and in style!
