The Liming

The unique over ocean and open-sided restaurant looks out to Canouan and the hotel’s private jetty, offering an authentic taste of the island by serving up enticing dishes overflowing with locally sourced ingredients. Your meals can also be enjoyed in the privacy of your villa or suite! The menu is short and sweet and definitely a highlight to your stay, although if you’d like to venture out to experience a larger variety of delicious fares, Lower Bay is a short taxi ride away and well worth a visit.

The Junior Suite, One and Two Bedroom Villas, and Mansion House all feature a private hot tub or infinity pools. Beaming with contemporary elegance and splashes of authentic Caribbean colour palettes, each one is modernly and thoughtfully designed with plenty of room and stunning sea views – the comfiest setting to while away lazy afternoons with a classic cocktail in hand. For a change of scenery, you’ll also find an intimate soft sand beach leading to a small pool next to the bar surrounded by an expansive rope-lined deck, both with sun loungers.

While the essence of The Liming is to do nothing, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay as well. From non-motorised water sports and yoga, to hiking nearby Mount Peggy, playing a game of tennis or painting classes on the beach. Beyond the hotel, learn about local conservation work at the Turtle Sanctuary or tour beautiful Bequia. Explore the Tobago Cays national park by boat and swim with turtles, or visit the neighbouring islands of Mustique, Canouan and Mayreau.
