McRae Bar, a modern rendition of a Victorian-style drinking den is perfect for a pre-dinner drink or a nightcap within its moody-lit setting.

The calming, minimalist design of the spa focusses on natural materials and uses products by Synthesis Organics, a plant-based skincare company from Byron Bay. Treatments emphasise native plant scrubs and peels, connecting you to the indigenous origins of regional Australia. You’ll also find a gym and pool in the space once occupied by a government art gallery.
