Another of our clients has just returned from an island hopping holiday in Seychelles.  Here’s what she had to say about Le Domaine and Four Seasons.

It was a great holiday and just what I needed: very laid back and restful. I feel de-toxed!

Hotels were very good. I liked Le Domaine on La Digue especially because it was more informal than Four Seasons, although both are super hotels. The accommodation is fabulous at both and nothing too much trouble for staff. The only disappointment for me was that the Four Seasons had stopped their daily yoga class, which was really the main reason I picked it. They did organise a private lesson for me, in their yoga pavilion half way up a cliff overlooking the ocean with the sun setting!! Can’t really complain can I! Just for your info really, I don’t think the “garden villas” at Le Domaine looked nearly as nice as the Villa de Charme which you booked for me. The Villas de Charme climb up the hillside so have fantastic views over tree tops to the ocean (well mine did) and they were very private. So thanks for very good choice on your part. I have a childish delight in hotel bathrooms and I must say these two are incomparable! At Le Domaine the bathroom was outside, part under the thatched roof of the villa but with an open air shower (all completely private and not overlooked, of course). At Four Seasons, the bathroom opened onto a deck to a private pool with just glass between the bath and the pool. All v glam!

The ground agents were very attentive and efficient and everything went very smoothly. Whizzing about between the islands on the ferries was great fun – saw lots of birds and flying fish but no dolphins. Weather was lovely and warm, about 32C, overcast on a couple of days with a few light rain showers but still warm. They said there had been heavy and prolonged rain a couple of weeks earlier and locals seem to say that was not usual for the time of year.

Anyway, please accept my huge thanks for a well-organised trip where I really did not have to think about anything! You will pleased to know that I was asked a couple of times by other travellers who i had booked through and I recommended Turquoise most highly!
