Choose between the downtown bustle of Hong Kong Island, or the city skyline views from Kowloon and enjoy exploring this metropolitan city in the heart of Asia. A hub for many travelling further afield, Hong Kong definitely deserves at least two or three nights, to really get under the skin of the city and see beyond the sky scrapers and tourist-trap landmarks. We love the foodie street tours and the hidden back-street markets.
