Magical Moments at Huvafen Fushi
Huvafen Fushi Hotel & Resort has some of the best tropical views in the Malé Atoll (it’s only a 30-minute speedboat ride from Malé airport) and, most importantly, feels like you’ve fallen off the map. There are no nearby islands, pesky boat traffic or noisy planes overhead. It’s just you, your loved one and a big dollop of toes-in-the-sand seclusion.

There’s only one way to describe Huvafen Fushi’s cuisine options: eclectic. You can dine overwater two ways, either Japanese style at Feeling Koi or with the freshest seafood on offer at Celsius. Dining at Baros is as memorable as its setting. With three incredible gourmet restaurants, Baros has been perfecting its amazing offering for five decades. Fun Fact
Baros was one of the first luxury resorts in the Indian Ocean with a focus on diving. Milaidhoo favours intimacy and understated charm over flashy glitz and glamour and it’s all the better for it. You can walk from one end of the island to the other in 10 minutes and the resort is all about giving you a sense of place, from Ba’theli, its restaurant set on three dhonis, to joining a local fisherman for the day.
