In what has been a very difficult year for the travel industry, good news is very welcome. Thankfully, we’ve just got some! We’re thrilled to announce we’ve won the ‘Tour Operators & Specialists’ category in Condé Nast’s 2020 Readers’ Choice Awards for the fourth time in a row and the fifth time in six years. These awards are recognised as among the most prestigious in the travel industry and it is a wonderful silver lining during a year that has been filled with uncertainty for all of us. This year, we’ve recorded our highest ever score, too, with a mark of 99.98 – an incredible total.

Of course, we have got all of you who voted for us to thank, as without you we wouldn’t have won this award. So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We pride ourselves on our experience, passion and attention to detail all of which are more important than ever this year and we are over the moon this has been recognised by you. The fact these awards combine Condé Nast Traveller readers from both the UK and USA only makes the win sweeter.

The current circumstances make this award incredibly special, but that doesn’t mean we’re going to rest on our laurels. We want to continue delivering travel inspiration on tap for couples, honeymooners and families alike, as well as crafting incredible holidays you won’t want to forget in 2021 and beyond. Once again, thank you for your support it means the world to us.
