For those of you aren’t familiar with the term ‘fly camping’, it is the term used to describe an night on safari where visitors sleep out in the open bush (or in this case inside a temporarily erected Yurt-style bell tent) with essentially only a canvas curtain between you and the African stars. It is an incredibly magical and unique experience, and one of the most authentic and natural ways to spend a night in Africa. Although it may seem like something for the more adventurous, it is an activity that can be enjoyed by all and we really do recommend trying it for at least one night during your stay.
Take this opportunity to immerse yourself in the peace and solitude of camping on the doorstep of Mount Kilimanjaro.Relinquish the fast pace of everyday life back home and get back to nature.
