Baros is truly amazing, we were very lucky as we got the Baros villa that was requested for us (214) in my opinion this without doubt has the best location out of any room types on the Island, it was so special that we ended up staying in it for the whole 12 nights, and didn’t change to the water villa we had paid for, testament to how fantastic the villa is it is now in the process of being upgraded into a Baros Villa with Pool, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to your clients.
The staff were truly fantastic couldn’t do enough for us, the weather for “rainy season” was also great sun for 11 out of the 12 days.
And finally Sri Lankan airlines were great, friendly staff and by joining the frequent flyer programme we were able to pre allocate exit row seats for both sectors at no additional cost- a rarity for most airlines these days and a great help when you’re travelling with someone who is very tall.
