With a tamarind rum cocktail in hand, looking out to the serene ocean in the resorts 30 variety herb garden, ‘Grandma’ (one of the hotel team’s own!) will show guests how to make a Mauritian bread named ‘’Feratha’’. Guests will get the chance to sample more of her mouth-watering home-made favourites including fresh seafood curries and colourful Creole salads.
