EAT

Paul et Virginie has a choice of two restaurants and two bars. Isle De France is their main restaurant overlooking the lagoon, open for breakfast and dinner, offering themed buffets with stunning views across the islets. Le Saint Geran is a seafood restaurant with a mouth watering a la carte menu of creative and colourful Creole flavours. Open for lunch and dinner, dine beneath the stars,  sand between your toes, before heading to Le Saint Geran bar for a tasty digestif. Poudre D’or is a stylish bar & lounge by night and sandwich bar by day, serving afternoon tea and evening drinks to those spending the day by the pool.

SLEEP

All of the stylish 81 rooms offer sea views and have a private balcony or terrace. Light colours and natural local materials give the rooms a fresh and spacious feel. All boast tea & coffee making facilities, air-conditioning, a safe, flat screen televisions and free wi-fi. We love the Superior Rooms for their sumptious king size beds, or for those looking to celebrate something or someone extra special, book a Privilege Room and enjoy a complimentary full day catamaran cruise per stay and dine a la carte for dinner at Le Saint Geran (seafood supplements apply).

PLAY

Guests staying at Paul et Virginie will enjoy many complimentary activities including stand up paddle boarding, tennis, fitness centre, pedal boats and wind surfing. The two pools are gorgeous, one of which has an infinity edge overlooking the lagoon - a perfect sunset spot. For those looking to unwind and be pampered, head to the Seven Colours Wellness Spa for a body treatment followed by a sauna and steam. Head out of the hotel and explore the island on tandem bikes or amble through the sleepy village of Grand Gaube. Take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus to Grand Baie and try out the local restaurants and bars. For an extra special evening, speak to the Paul et Virginie team and arrange a private dinner or champagne sunset cruise aboard a traditional Pirogue boat, complete with delicious canapes and Mauritian music.
