Phnom Penh’s newest and most glamorous address, Rosewood can be found within in the city’s first true skyscraper, occupying the top 14 floors of the 39-storey Capital Tower One. The skyscraper is linked to the Vattanac Capital Mall, for the shopaholics amongst us! The hotel starts at level 25, where you’re confronted with a magnificent view of the city from every corner of the striking lobby, an open-plan space showcasing contemporary Cambodian art and sculptures. Up here, you’re a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city below.

Executive and Premier River Rooms are spacious and stylish with modern amenities and the slightly larger Grand Executive King Rooms have a small living area. As you walk into the rooms, the blinds automatically open to reveal a spectacular view of Phnom Penh and Mekong River, or the Tonle Sap River. Mekong Suites contain a large living room for those seeking more space and graceful Manor Suites offer the ultimate in luxury living.
