All Inclusive in the Maldives

The Maldives is the perfect location for foodies and wine lovers! Although you can only dine within your hotels’ restaurants on the island, the food quality is second to none and you will notice a very high level of service.

Some hotels offer a choice to stay on an all-inclusive basis which usually includes all meals, drinks and snacks during your stay. We find that this is a good option to consider if you like to know what you are spending in advance before you travel and like the idea of not worrying about your bill at the end of your stay.

Here are favourite hotels which offer an All Inclusive basis:

Constance Halaveli

Floating gently in the North Ari Atoll, this elegant island escape is seriously stylish and part of the prestigious Constance Hotels and Resorts and The Leading Hotels of the World collection, sitting in company with the Indian Ocean icon Constance Le Prince Maurice in Mauritius. The glorious position is just a 25 minute seaplane journey from the airport – a truly fabulous experience giving you a birds-eye view of what awaits below.

Constance Moofushi

All-inclusive laid-back luxury by seaplane! Nowhere does this better than Constance Moofushi in the South Ari Atoll in The Maldives! Rustic barefoot-chic simplicity is the order of the day here. All-inclusive has a ‘Cristal’ label ..and includes everything from your Beach or Water Villa to premium drinks, cocktails and an extensive wine list to the well-stocked mini-bar, daily changing menu with ocean views, guided snorkelling, a boat excursion and even an introduction to scuba diving in the pool.

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa

Far, far away there is a tiny dot in the ocean, less than 35 miles from the equator. This magical speck is in the middle of the untouched Gaafu Alifu Atoll in the southern reaches of the Maldives. It takes a little more effort to reach a place this pristine but believe us when we say the journey by domestic plane and speedboat is worth it. The atoll is home to more than 150 islands but only 10 of them are inhabited, this is a truly extraordinary Maldivian hideaway that might just be the heaven on earth!

The Residence Maldives

Located in the south on Falhumaafushi island, The Residence by Cenizaro’s fourth resort is definitely in keeping with the group’s world-renowned colonial sophistication. Part of Leading Hotels of the World, this resort is stylish and effortlessly elegant rather than trendy or quirky and if you are looking for a true Maldivian experience, we think this is one of the best.

OZEN by Atmosphere

Amidst the exotic turquoise hues of South Male Atoll lies the tranquil island of Maadhoo; home to OZEN by Atmosphere at Maadhoo. Spread over an expansive turquoise lagoon the island features 41 beachfront Earth villas, idyllically positioned on a soft & pristine sandy beach, overlooking the horizon.

Coco Bodu Hithi

Arrive by speedboat at Bodu Hithi, which is naturally beautiful with mature indigenous vegetation and sandy walkways. The island is edged by white sand beaches and coconut trees and surrounded by turquoise seas and isolated sand banks.

Milaidhoo

This small intimate island has opened a new chapter in The Maldives for romantic barefoot informality. A haven for honeymooners and couples, Milaidhoo offers a refreshing contemporary twist on classic Maldivian style. Serious foodies will love it too!

Velassaru

This beautiful island blends minimalist, contemporary chic with the natural beauty of its surroundings. Velassaru, part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, offers sophisticated and affordable luxury accommodation.

Soneva Fushi

The original Robinson Crusoe retreat in the Baa Atoll (superb for diving and snorkelling) and whilst only a 25 minute seaplane flight from Malé, Soneva Fushi’s stunningly remote  location is a major factor in its appeal. Speak to the ‘Maldivian regulars’ and without question they will tell you that this is a legendary resort which harnesses the very essence of a castaway idyll.

Ayada Maldives

From the moment you step off the boat and feel the power-soft sand beneath your feet, you will be absorbed into Ayada’s ‘no shoes, no news’ way of life. Home to one of the countries best house reefs, boasting an outstanding array of marine life, calm waters and expert instructors, for those who love the world beneath the waves, this is one island not to miss.

guana island
Guana Island, British Virgin Islands

Guana Island is a rainforested bolthole that offers the ultimate in tropical seclusion. It has seven (yes, seven!) pristine beaches and acres of island wilderness that you can explore and enjoy almost all to yourself, bar a few inquisitive rock iguanas and migratory birds. Bliss!
