The Best Honeymoon Destinations in September

September honeymoons are a great time to catch the end of the wildebeest migration in Kenya and Tanzania. Twin your safari with a beach stay on Zanzibar or one of the stunning beaches on the Kenyan coast. For something a little different, a New Zealand honeymoon offers adventure-loving couples the chance to enjoy spring skiing and water skiing, all on the same day.

For somewhere a little warmer, but still in Australasia, Queensland’s Barrier Reef islands and the outback in the Northern Territory are all still at their best in the UK’s early autumn. While most of Thailand experiences a rainy season between May and October, the Gulf Coast enjoys dry weather so head to Koh Samui or lesser known Koh Phangan. Also consider North or Central Vietnam, which will be hot, but not too humid, or the ever-stunning Maldives.

Don’t forget to check out the details of our Honeymoon gift list service, which allows friends and family to contribute towards travel experiences as well as the more traditional gift list items, all in one place. A complimentary service for all Turquoise honeymoon couples and looked after by a full time team, it’s just one of the ways we can ensure your dream honeymoon, becomes a reality.
