Situated 18km east of Plettenberg Bay, Hog Hollow Country Lodge enjoys an idyllic location amidst lush lawns, flower-decked cottages, wooded valleys, a clear turquoise pool and blue mountain peaks. Set in a private nature reserve on the edge of an indigenous forest, the lodge boasts remarkable mountain and valley views.
When Andy and his wife Debbie bought the land on which Hog Hollow stands, over 13 years ago, it was just a patch of pastureland with a few sheds. The couple gave up their surfing lifestyle and started building – and to the amazement of the locals, they even converted the circular water reservoir into a honeymoon suite! The result of their passion and perseverance is an inspired hideaway comprising 15 delightful cottages.

In the cosy welcoming lobby, you’ll find a coffee window and marketplace for great grab and go items to kick start your day of exploring. A sophisticated yet approachable rooftop bar is the perfect spot to wind down with Italian Riviera vibes.
