The Slate Hotel & Resort, Phuket

Accommodation is well taken care of in 169 very high quality, spacious suites ranging from stylish Premium Pearl Bed Suites through to D-Buk Suites (great for families) and Private Pool Pavilions, which feature a private courtyard with a pool, ideal for Honeymooners. The Slate has also added some two and three bedroom villas, which we think offer some of Phuket’s finest lodgings for those looking for an extra special experience travelling with large families or groups of friends. 

A range of dining options include the Thai style Black Ginger for a flavour of Siam, the Rivet Grill and the Tin Mine to enjoy authentic curries, the catch of the day, perfectly cooked steaks and lavish breakfasts. There are three large swimming pools and one children’s pool. Other activities include martial arts, yoga, tennis, cycling adventures and cooking classes at Moo’s Cooking School. Water sports such as diving, snorkelling, sea kayaking, wind surfing and wake boarding are all available from the resorts private Beach Club.
