The Duplex Suites are found in the main building overlooking the pool area, whereas the villas are spread around the tropical gardens, distinguished only by their location. Decorated in elegant Thai style with parquet floors and beautiful Siamese furniture, all of the villas feature a terrace with views of either the beach or the garden. All rooms offer top of the range amenities such as TVs, Wi-Fi and some even also have private plunge pools. We'd especially recommend the new Grand Reserve Pool Villas, which boast a private 40 metre square swimming pool, larger outside deck and a more modern design. 

Dining options include a choice of four restaurants – with The Beach House being a firm guest favourite and the location of the resort’s famous theme nights. Sala Thai offers a traditional Thai menu, whilst light bights and snacks are served at the Pool Bar and The Lounge. 

Other facilities include a large swimming pool and smaller children's pool, Panya & Yim's Kid's Club, an 18 hole championship golf course, fully equipped fitness room, squash court, Thai boxing ring, a watersports centre, tennis courts, soccer field and even a jogging track. The use of bicycle throughout your stay are available free of charge for children. Not to be missed is the outstanding Santiburi Spa. Treatment rooms boast private Jacuzzi gardens and offer a range of delectable signature treatments.
