  • Day 1 - 2 Barossa Valley

    Days 1-2 The Louise, Barossa Valley

    On arrival in Adelaide collect your hire car and enjoy the scenic drive through the Adelaide Hills and world-famous Barossa Valley wine region. The Barossa is one of Australia’s richest and best-known viticultural and winemaking regions and is also renowned for its gourmet restaurants, old churches, settlers cottages and traditional music – all in a picturesque rural setting. Spend 2 nights at The Louise, a luxury retreat surrounded by hundreds of acres of vines, with beautiful views and one of the Barossa’s finest restaurants ‘Appellation’.
    During your stay enjoy a private tour of some of the Barossa’s finest wineries, enjoy a relaxing cellar door lunch and meet colourful local characters in the smaller family run wineries.

  • Days 3-5 Flinders Ranges

    Days 3-5 Arkaba Station, Flinders Ranges

    Your Outback journey starts today with a drive through some of central Australia’s oldest landscapes en route to the spectacular Flinders Ranges. Your destination is Arkaba, a 60,000 acre sheep ‘station’ whose craggy sandstone bluffs and dry creek beds lined with River Red Gum trees are a quintessential Australian scene, while the acclaimed geological amphitheatre of Wilpena Pound lies one the property’s northern boundary.

    The Arkaba Homestead is an 1850’s five bedroom homestead with thick stone walks, deep shady verandas and classic corrugated roofing. Spend your days discovering this dramatic landscape and extraordinary variety of wildlife including Red and Grey Kangaroos, Euros and Yellow-footed Rock Wallabies. Take a scenic flight over Wilpena Pound – South Australia’s spectacular natural wonder which rises out of the vast outback landscape as an immense crater-like fusion of purple ridges and overhanging bluffs.

    Stay: 3 nights at Arkaba Station in the Flinders Ranges including all meals and some activities.

  • Days 6-8 Kangaroo Island

    Days 6-8 Southern Ocean Lodge, Kangaroo Island

    Fly by light aircraft back to Adelaide for your onward fight to Kangaroo Island (you can pay an additional cost for a direct charter flight to Kangaroo Island). On arrival you’ll be whisked off to the spectacular Southern Ocean Lodge, one of Australia’s top lodges with spine tingling views, unique design, fabulous food and wine and every creature comfort you would wish for. Kangaroo Island is Australia’s Galapagos and a well design itinerary of guided adventures is included in your stay. Get up close and personal with the sea lions at Seal Bay, sit a glass of chilled bubbles in a paddock of kangaroos and explore the sheer magnitude and beauty of the Flinders Chase National Park.

  • Days 9 - 12 Sydney

    Days 9-12 Four Seasons, Sydney

    Hop over to Sydney for the next 4 nights staying at the luxurious Four Seasons which is stunningly situated overlooking Sydney harbour and the historic Rocks district. The Harbour Bridge and Opera House are two of the world’s most iconic landmarks – seeing them close up for the first time is a memorable moment, even for the experienced traveller. Head to Bondi for a surf lesson, sail on the sparkling waters of the harbour or venture inland to explore the Blue Mountains.

  • Days 13 - 18 Lord Howe Island

    Just a 2 hour flight from Sydney, Lord Howe Island is one of Australia’s hidden treasures. From the moment your plane sweeps in over the surf break that surrounds the islands turquoise lagoon and lands in the shadow of two dramatic volcanic peaks, you’ll be in no doubt that you have arrived in paradise. Capella Lodge is a wonderfully private hideaway, with awe-inspiring views of the island’s rigged peaks, lush rainforest and never-ending ocean. Explore the island by bike along the many trails through the verdant bush. Kayak or snorkel in the crystal clear lagoon, relax on pristine beaches and ride a wave at Blinkie’s beach.
