This 100 year old dairy factory (hence its name) has been beautifully restored and reinvented by Janet and Paul Boocock who set about restoring the guest wing back to its former glory. With its mix of industrial chic interior styling combined with the luxury of underfloor heating and monogrammed bedlinens in each of the 3 king-sized bedrooms, your own private lounge with log burner fire and well appointed entertainment system, as well as a kitchen stocked with all you need to rustle up an evening meal - you really can kick back and relax in this unique and private accommodation.

Janet and Paul are your consummate hosts for your stay, and live in the main factory building adjoining your private wing. They will prepare the most sumptuous of breakfasts for you with the majority of ingredients being home-grown, home-made or home-caught! Paul can rustle up a mean espresso from his ‘vintage’ Italian coffee machine and regale some of his many interesting stories from his 30 years as cameraman for 60 Minutes Australia (hit current affairs TV show).

Take a wander along the deserted beachfront where you can walk for miles with only seals, dolphins and birds for company, take a helicopter flight straight from The Factory’s helipad up to the top of Mt Fyffe for a romantic picnic, or fly out to spot the amazing marine life including the mighty Orca whale that make this region so famous, or alternatively just relax with a soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine.
