Sleep

Just 38 Polynesian-inspired 'Ares' (villas) are dotted in the lush gardens, facing the crystalline lagoon and along the beach, each with contemporary island-style decor and traditional thatched roofs. The generous Garden view, Lagoonview and Beachfront suites along with the substantial two and three bedroom villas each house a private salt water pluge pool and a sculptured stone bath.  Solar power, UV treated and filtered drinking water, full recycling systems and edible organic gardens make this the most forward thinking luxury eco-build in the Cooks Islands to date. Each Are has UV treated and filtered water on tap to lessen the use of plastic bottled water.

Eat

The divine beachfront restaurant combines the freshest seafood and catch of the day with home-grown goodies plucked from the vegetable and herb gardens behind the resort to create original and fresh dishes. The Nautilus head chef showcases Polynesian signature tastes; a blend of Polynesian and European dishes - all with served with views over the infinity pool, white sand beaches and sapphire lagoon.  Since the resort opened in October 2014, the restaurant has already proved very popular with resort guests and visitors who have heard about the great food and service!

Play

Muri lagoon offers a wonderful range of watersports from paddle boarding and kite surfing to sailing and snorkelling. Try your hand at game-fishing: Tuna, Marlin, Mahi Mahi and Wahoo, then watch as the Nautilus chef prepares your catch for dinner! Swim in the calm waters of Muri Lagoon directly in front of your villa. On land, the forests and mountains of Rarotonga are fascinating to explore - especially on a tour with local legend, Pa! Share in authentic Cook Island song and dance; visit Avarua town markets on Saturday morning where locals offer fresh fruit, fish, vegetables, delicious local dishes and traditional handicrafts.

Pamper

At the fabulous polynesian spa, a pawpaw, lime juice and raw salt scrub treatment confirms that you're in a tropical paradise! Indulge in a range of traditional treatments using local organic products and ancient Cook Island therapies.
