Lemuria suprised us with many treats which made our stay extra special, like running a bath and lighting candles in the bathroom when we returned from dinner, a suprise honeymoon meal - the list could go on!

The accommodation was amazing. There was nothing the staff would not do. The hotel never appeared busy andd there was always a member of staff to hand should we require anything. Our room was a delight and the food exceptional.

We had a fantastic time. W Resort was beautiful, the staff were absolutely superb and the accommodation and food perfect. We had never been to The Maldives before but now cannot recommend it enough.

Our holiday at Cocoa Island was perfect, the staff so attentive and friendly without being in your face. Our dhoni suite was superbly kept.... spotlessly clean and tidy. Cocoa was a beautiful island, so natural and tastefully decorated throughout.

I’ve been meaning to email you since we got back but been really busy at work.  I hope you’re well.  We had such a wonderful time at Soneva Fushi, it’s one of the few places we’ve ever returned to after a few years where it’s actually improved and even better than we remembered.  They gave us a slight room upgrade which was great as we were located down one end of the island in a lovely villa, very private and secluded.  We were also lucky with the weather as apparently the 2 weeks prior to us going they had rain..so not only did we get a cheaper off-peak price but the weather was even better and it was less busy there.  They’ve spent money on a new restaurant (organic tree top..amazing), and they have the largest telescope in SE Asia and you can see the craters of the moon and rings of Saturn through it.  The outdoor cinema was brilliant too. 

In terms of feedback, for your information for future clients who might go there..the only criticism we had was how expensive the food is at Soneva Fushi.  Partly because of the US$ exchange rate and partly because they are high prices.  We spent £2k on food alone, for 1 week and we didn’t even eat lunch as we couldn’t afford it! We filled up at breakfast and then had dinner relatively earlyish.  Just to give you an idea breakfast was $55 each per day and dinner was pretty much $90-$110 plus drinks.  The food was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble..but next time we would certainly look to do a full board package and if not it would seriously impact whether or not we could afford to go back there.
