Cruise stunning Halong Bay in a traditional junk boat
The Halong Ginger is a beautifully converted junk boat, built in the traditional style using dark wood and evocative red sails. The boat has three decks, a restaurant, two bars, a library and a massage area and can sleep up to twenty people in ten cabins. Cabins are simple yet elegant and are relatively compact yet offer panoramic views of the bay. All are air-conditioned and the private en suite bathrooms have showers and Western toilets. Dinner at the Ginger Restaurant is magnificent, featuring Vietnamese and fusion cuisine. Halong Ginger can also offer kayaking, snorkelling, sunrise Tai Chi classes and even cooking demonstrations.
