Accommodation is simple yet comfortable – however, as you will soon discover, the Tanna experience is about so much more than the accommodation! White Grass can organise a range of 4WD safaris which offer an intriguing insight into Tanna’s unique culture and landscape. Experience the Tannese people’s tradition and culture which has not changed for centuries, discover black sand surf beaches and lush rainforest, join the village children for a swim in a waterfall, go exploring by sea kayak or take an outrigger canoe and go fishing with the locals … a ‘must’, of course, is a 4WD safari to the mighty Yasur Volcano, the most accessible live volcano in the world! White Grass is located on a 300 metre white sand beach with superb snorkelling just a short walk away. There are also many walking tracks which pass through local villages to adjoining bays. Tanna is a one hour flight from Port Vila and is generally milder than the rest of Vanuatu. Keen snorkellers should take their own gear, as White Grass only have limited equipment.

Prices for 3 nights from £170 per person based on 2 people sharing including breakfast and airport transfers. International and domestic flights are additional. A minimum 3 night stay applies.
