The Tubkaak is a charming boutique resort situated on one of Krabi's most beautiful beaches. Fine white sand stretch to a turquoise sea and overlook the Hong Islands in the distance - a vista so typical of this area. With only 42 rooms, the Tubkaak is a boutique resort in the truest sense. There are 16 superior rooms and 20 deluxe rooms. These are split into unique villas, built on two levels with an unusual and striking architectural design which is reminiscent of both East and West. Curved roofs and wooden features create an air of refined style and elegance and bring to mind the shape of traditional boats in Southern Thailand. Rooms have terraces or balconies and interiors of all rooms are chic as well as Asian in decor. Grey slate bathrooms are a real highlight, with black outdoor bathtubs. Facilities include a restaurant, spa and swimming pool. There is free wi-fi within the resort. Guests can kayak, mountain bike or even organise a cookery class, yoga or take a trip to the nearby islands for snorkelling and diving.
