Part of Orient Express hotels (formerly one of the Pansea group of hotels), this beautiful property combines a signature blend of Balinese and Thai styles. Individual villas are spacious and elegantly appointed, situated amongst landscaped tropical gardens and boast magnificent ocean views.

On the Northern tip of Koh Samui, the Napasai, whilst only a twenty minute drive from the lively beach of Chaweng, enjoys a tranquil setting on the peaceful beach of Maenam. The resort itself has excellent facilities, with a real highlight being the wonderful free-form infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the sea. Watersports including windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving are on offer and there are also tennis courts and mountain bikes available to guests. The luxurious spa is another key feature, offering Thai treatments such as facials and massage.

Each cottage is an individual unit, including an outdoor terrace with dining area, a stylish bedroom with dark wood floors, a raised seating area with colourful Thai cushions and a television/DVD system. The generous bathroom and dressing area boasts a signature Pansea terrazzo bathtub. Of the 45 cottages, 11 enjoy a beachfront location and there are also two types of Suites which are suitable for families or honeymooners.

The resort offers two excellent restaurants – a fine dining fusion restaurant and a more informal Southern Thai cuisine located on the beach.
