Days 1 - 4 Cape Town Arrive in Cape Town for your 4 night stay at the stylish Kensington Place (picture 2) in the foothills of Table Mountain. This intimate boutique hotel combines African chic with a sensuous contemporary design. (B) Days 5 - 6 Stellenbosch Make your way to the rolling vineyards of Stellenbosch (less than an hour’s drive away) for 2 nights at the historic River Manor Country House & Spa (picture 3). (B) Days 7 - 9 Plettenberg Bay Head back to Cape Town airport this morning to drop-off your car and board the short 50 minute flight to George. Pick-up a car at George airport and travel along the Garden Route to Plettenberg Bay (approx an hour’s drive) where you will spend 3 nights at Hog Hollow Country Lodge (picture 4)- a rural retreat set on a private nature reserve. (B) Days 10 - 12 Amakhala Game Reserve Continue along the coast from Plettenberg Bay into the Eastern Cape to Amakhala Game Reserve (picture 1) on the wild and historic Zuurveld frontier for 3 nights. Heidi and Will Fowlds offer a true sense of hospitable country living in their beautifully restored Shearer’s Lodge which offers 4 luxury ensuite bedrooms overlooking rolling lawns. All meals and game activities are included in your stay (B,L,D) Day 13 Johannesburg Drive to Port Elizabeth to drop-off your car and board your onward flight to Johannesburg where you will connect with your overnight international flight back to the UK.
