Catering exclusively for a group of up to 8 people at any one time, this single-level contemporary house boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a large open fireplace and tri-folding doors which open right out to create a wonderful and sophisticated indoor-outdoor fusion. The designer kitchen not only inspires the most frustrated of chefs – but it also encourages full use of the expansive outdoor entertaining area (to the south of the house) where a built-in barbecue and large table await the arrival of New Zealand's long balmy summer evenings!

The house is north-facing and enjoys all day sun with gorgeous water and native bush views – and the extensive deck runs the entire length of the house, taking full advantage of the breathtaking views. The three bedrooms are situated at the other end of the house and all open onto outside decks. Two of the bedrooms have super-king beds – whilst the third has four single designer bunk beds which any child is sure to adore! One of the double rooms boasts a large ensuite bathroom, whilst the second bathroom is shared between the other two rooms.

A pathway leads to your own secluded bay – and it is also well worth taking the time to go exploring. Waiheke is a divine little paradise, known for its vineyards, swish little cafés, winery restaurants, white sandy beaches – and above all else, its relaxed alternative lifestyle.
