Enclosure Bay gets its name from the volcanic rocks that form a swimming pool-like enclosure when the tide comes in. A private pathway leads down from the house to the bay below, perfect for an early morning dip or a spot of beachcombing! Alternatively, Sandy Bay, another favourite beach with the locals, is only a short walk away.

The main living room is on the entry level of the property and offers a choice of sofas and window seats looking out over the narrow deck out to the water beyond. A patio area leads from the living space and is perfectly sheltered to enjoy a barbeque whilst watching the sun go down. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers an island bar as well as a separate dining area.

All of the four bedrooms are located on the lower floor - three of which enjoy their own decks, whilst the master bedroom also offers a large window seat with views to the bay below, as well as its own ensuite bathroom.
