Vientiane’s newest luxury hotel, the Green Park adds a touch of Asian chic to the charming Lao capital city. Situated near the large Morning Market and around a five to ten minute drive from the Nam Phou Fountain, the Green Park is set amongst picturesque landscaped gardens. Water is a feature here and the swimming pool fills one area between the low-rise buildings whilst a long lily pond fills another area, stretching around the hotel’s grounds. Above all, this creates a very peaceful and stylish atmosphere. The two level buildings are built in a modern Lao style with Classic rooms on the ground floor and Deluxe rooms split between ground and upper floors. Each room has a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool or gardens. The interior of the room is a chic Asian contemporary style – wooden floors and large wooden beds are complemented by Lao textiles and artwork. The bathrooms have stone floors and a large white bathtub. There is a small restaurant which overlooks the nearby canal and park, as well as a Spa with Lao massage and facials.
