A magical walk in the Marlborough Sounds
Located in the Marlborough Sounds, at the top of the South Island, this 71km Track boasts stunning coastal views, historic landmarks, native bush forest and an abundance of wildlife. It winds its way around coves, into inlets and along ridges between the Queen Charlotte and Kenepuru Sounds – and will totally absorb you for 4 or 5 magical days. A dolphin watch cruise to Motuara Island is also included. A 'Paddle and Walk' option with sea-kayaking – and a 3 day 'Ultimate Sounds Adventure' combining hiking, mountain biking and kayaking are both also available. Accommodationis provided in comfortable twin rooms and your luggage will be transported ahead of you each day by boat. Departure Details: Mondays (this varies over the Christmas period). Pre-Walk Briefings: 5:30pm in Picton the day prior to departure.
