Relaxing Mekong Delta cruise
The Bassac owns two beautiful wooden boats, one with six cabins and the other with twelve cabins. The itinerary begins from the Delta town of Cai Be (around two hours’ drive South of Saigon), where you board in time for lunch before some afternoon exploration of local villages. Anchoring for the night, a traditional dinner is served on board. An early start the following morning means guests can make the most of the sunrise floating markets before returning to Saigon. Cabins themselves are modest but comfortable with wooden décor and airconditioning. All cabins have private en suite bathrooms.
