Perfect for family or friends travelling together, this stylish waterfront enclave boasts 200 square metres of outdoor living space and a unique nautical location with stunning wrap-around sea and city vistas!

Located in Auckland’s Viaduct Basin (where the America’s Cup village was based), Viaduct Landing is a contemporary ‘home away from home’, which caters exclusively for just one group of up to six people at any one time. Inside, there are three bedrooms (two of which are super-king and can be split into twins if necessary, whilst the other is a queen), two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area – and a full gourmet kitchen with laundry facilities. The ‘pièce de résistance’ is undoubtedly the expansive outdoor private deck which boasts a spa pool and sunloungers – the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by on the harbour!

The use of natural colours and touches of New Zealand art and sculpture create a look that is refreshing and stylish – and the floor-to-ceiling glass draws your eye to the wonderful views outside!

For your convenience, we can either arrange for the apartment to be stocked with the provisions of your choice prior to your arrival – or if you'd prefer, we can even arrange for a private chef to prepare delectable gourmet meals onsite, at a time and date to suit you.

The Viaduct Basin has become the vibrant heart of Auckland - and there are a number of popular bars, restaurants and cafés to idle away your days. A magnet for 'yachties' (the Viaduct was built for the two defences of the America's Cup before it was lost to the Swiss boat 'Alinghi' in 2003), you can also visit the Maritime Museum – or follow the maritime heritage trail – and in the height of the summer, you may well still see a superyacht!
