The upper 'Cottage' is perfect for a couple and offers privacy and a wealth of space. This two storey accommodation features a large open plan living area on the top floor with a front and side terrace providing expansive sea views.  The living area incorporates a fully equipped kitchen, state-of-the-art entertainment system and an open fire should the evening bring a slight chill. The master king-sized bedroom downstairs offers an additional lounge area, where extra beds can be accommodated for children if necessary.

The lower 'Bach' offers a stunning master bedroom with ensuite bathroom - and wonderful sea views from the bed! An additional two king bedrooms share a bathroom. The central focus of the house is the main open expanse of living and dining space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, and large sliding doors which open out on to the terrace – perfect for enjoying a barbeque or relaxing by the outdoor fireplace whilst taking in the views over Onetangi Beach and the ocean! All bedrooms in both the Cottage and the Bach can be converted into twin rooms.

These ‘Two Luxury Homes’ are located in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a ten minute walk to Onetangi Beach, with entry to the properties by means of a steep timber boardwalk driveway. Despite being located one behind the other, they both offer privacy and seclusion if rented individually, but together they form a wonderful Waiheke Island retreat!
