An authentic and remote lodge experience in Thailand's beautiful North
Journey through the beautiful mountains of Northern Thailand to reach Lisu Lodge, a community run project. As a guest of the village and their lodge for one night this is an excellent way to really connect with Lisu culture. Your activities during your stay include a walk through the village with a Lisu guide, meeting local families and a shaman along the way. You will also visit the cultural centre and ‘museum’ created by the villagers. There are also opportunities to try a steam bath, or an ox-cart ride. Bicycles are also available for you to explore the area. In the evening you will enjoy a delicious Thai dinner with a traditional Lisu dance show. The lodge itself is a basic bamboo structure but has en-suite bathrooms, hot water and mosquito nets.
