Tri Yaan Na Ros

Enter through a carved wooden doorway and step into a small and truly boutique hotel. With only eight ‘chambers’ which are designed and managed by the family who own the property, Tri Yaan Na Ros is so intimate that it maintains the welcoming ambience of a luxurious guesthouse or homestay, rather than that of a hotel in the traditional sense.

Located in the atmospheric Silversmiths quarter, Tri Yaan Na Ros Colonial House is located around fifteen minutes from the main centre of Chiang Mai. On Saturdays, there is a weekly market in this area and the neighbourhood is an authentic slice of this historic town.

The aim of the owners was to conserve the art of Chiang Mai, reflecting their pride in and passion for their own heritage. They have even been awarded the ‘Best Conserved Structure Award’ from the Lanna Architects Association. The property combines Chinese influences, as well as traditional Lanna design, Thai antiques and Burmese silks. Rooms are truly Lanna in their style, with teakwood, red silk fabrics and luxurious four poster beds. Bathrooms are a feature with large terracotta tubs for relaxing. Each room includes a television, air-conditioning, mosquito nets, telephone and minibar.

The property has a restaurant and small swimming pool, set amongst the two storey buildings and lovely tropical gardens. The friendly atmosphere and beautiful design of this unique hotel will surely entrance all who stay here.
