The 19 thatched villas of the Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate are set amidst a beautiful coconut grove, in completely private walled gardens providing the ultimate in luxury and privacy.
 
A unique fusion of traditional Balinese architecture and contemporary modern design, each has its own generously sized private swimming pool, a spacious bedroom with sliding glass doors and open sided living area with a fully equipped kitchen, plasma television, DVD player, Bose sound-system, iPod dock. The wonderfully stylish semi-outdoor bathroom offers a huge bathtub as well as an outdoor shower. Mini-bars in both the bedroom and the kitchen are complimentary for guests.

The interior of each villa is based on one of six enchanting ‘themes’ – Javanese, Oriental, Palembang, Primitive, Balinese and Modern – and this unique style is complemented by discreet, personal, 24 hour butler service.

The estate’s restaurant, Tapis, is housed within a traditional thatched dining pavilion with an open kitchen – a charming setting in which to savour the delightful Indonesian cuisine. The menu showcases Jimbaran’s seafood as well as the local fresh market produce. Romantic couples can also enjoy private candlelit in-villa dining.
 
Despite not being on the beach itself, the pristine sand and calm waters of Jimbaran Bay are only a few minutes walk away. And, not to be missed, is the excellent Kayumanis Spa, which uses only the finest natural ingredients. Bicycles are available for guests’ use and it is worth taking time to explore the quaint fishing village of Jimbaran whose local charm and simple traditions are still very evident.
