This is one of Bali’s most exclusive destinations, a more private and even more luxurious sister property to the Legian itself. Located just across the road from the Legian, guests of the Club can use all of the Legian’s facilities, including the beach area since the Club is not situated directly on the beach. There are ten one-bedroom villas and one two-bedroom villa. Each villa has its own private pool, as well as its own personal butler and even a personal driver, who will take you shopping or bring you home after a night’s wining and dining in Seminyak. Villas themselves are beautifully decorated in an elegant Oriental style. Ceilings are a modern version of the Balinese thatched ‘alang alang’ and the large four poster bed at the centre of the room has romantically draped mosquito nets. Bathrooms are large and there is an outdoor sunken bathtub surrounded by a lily pond. Each villa is set within a very private walled garden which includes an outdoor dining area, a balé for relaxation, a large day bed and a private pool. Each also has eight French doors ensuring that it is easy to move between outdoors and in. Villas have all the amenities you would expect and more, including flatscreen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and 2 iPods per room. The mini-bar, which includes a range of fine spirits, is free of charge for Club guests and the Club’s bar is also complimentary for guests day and night. The Club has its own restaurant and main pool but many choose not to leave the exclusivity of their villas.
