Southern Queensland's gateway city is Brisbane - with the Gold Coast to the south and the less developed Sunshine Coast to the north. A 1.5 hour drive south-west of Brisbane, sitting in perfect seclusion surrounded by World Heritage-listed Main Range National Park, lies one of Australia's finest retreats, Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge.
