A unique 'eco' adventure cruise through Fiji's remote northern group of islands!
This magnificent 140-foot motor / sailing schooner offers a truly unique adventure and cultural cruise through Fiji’s remote northern group of islands. Catering for a maximum of just 24 guests, Tui Tai is fully-equipped with kayaks, mountain bikes, snorkelling and dive gear, providing the rare opportunity to visit remote beaches, snorkel and dive magnificent reefs, mountain bike to stunning waterfalls, kayak up beautiful rivers and visit local villages – be prepared for a truly memorable journey through the breathtaking scenery of this little known region of Fiji! The 7 night itinerary starts in Savusavu, taking in the neighbouring islands of Taveuni, Kioa, Cobia, Qamea and Rabi (for those with less time, a 5 night option is also available). Each day brings an opportunity to join interpretive guides on a variety of wonderful activities and cultural visits (including the unique chance to experience three distinct cultures – visiting islands where Polynesians and Micronesians were relocated during World War II as well as Fijian villages). Adventure and culture aside, relaxation is all part of the Tui Tai experience! Start the day with yoga on the deck, indulge in a soothing massage or relax on a day bed and watch the beauty of unspoiled northern Fiji unfold before you. The cabins are air-conditioned with small ensuite bathrooms. We recommend the more spacious Stateroom or Grand Stateroom which boast floor-to ceiling sliding glass doors leading onto the deck. The two-storey Oversea Verandah Stateroom and Oversea Verandah Grand Stateroom boast the addition of a private rooftop cabana complete with day beds. The itinerary is left flexible to allow for activities that arise spontaneously, be it a sudden invitation from a villager, dolphins or whales swimming by or the discovery of a new dive site, but below is what you may expect. Monday ? Natewa Bay, Vanua Levu Snorkel or dive with the chance to see dolphins. Kayak the second largest bay in the Southern Hemisphere. Tuesday ?
