Raffles Le Royal

Combining a distinguished history with a refined style, Raffles is Phnom Penh’s most luxurious hotel. Established in 1929, the hotel quickly became a magnet for politicians, journalists and travellers. Taken over by the Raffles group in 1997, the hotel was fully refurbished and became the award-winning and luxury destination it is today.

The 170 rooms are decorated in a colonial style –elegant furnishings complement antiques and Cambodian objets d’art.
