This beautiful Khmer style hotel is filled with ambience, created by dark woods, lily ponds, dramatic local fabrics and a lush riverside jungle garden. With only 54 rooms, the hotel has an intimate, boutique feel and rooms all face into a central courtyard, where the hotel’s stunning swimming pool is located. Each room is decorated in a tasteful Asian style. White walls and floor to ceiling windows opening out onto a private balcony create a great sense of space. All natural fabrics have been used, from chic cotton blinds and teak floors to carved wooden hangers from which the mosquito nets are elegantly draped. The dark wood furniture and white surfaces are contrasted by bright cushions in Khmer silks. The bathroom is a particular feature, including a large free form bathtub, a signature of the Pansea group, now part of Orient Express hotels. In addition to the large swimming pool, the hotel offers a library with games and internet access, a boutique and two dining options. The Dining Room has excellent Khmer and international cuisine, whilst the Terrace Lounge offers snacks and light meals. The Pool Bar is also open during the day for drinks and snacks. The hotel can also offer a select range of spa treatments including massage, reflexology and facials in the privacy of your own room.
