Here are three top destinations for October holidays across the world.
- The Seychelles – October is really a fantastic time to visit all of the Indian Ocean islands, so you’ll find this advice applies to Mauritius and the Maldives as well. The weather is starting to warm up, but without any rain, so you’ll be experiencing the best of both worlds. When it comes to these popular islands, it can be a challenge to choose just which island you want to stay on or where you should ‘hop’ to and from. Remember that the most expensive isn’t always the best, nor is the cheapest really going to get you a decent bargain holiday. - Malaysia – This popular Asian destination is right in its ‘shoulder season’ between the rainy season and the hotter dry season. Malaysia has fantastic beaches and some very exciting cities, so it is well worth a visit.

Tanzania is fantastic for safaris and a bit of African culture, while you’ll experience your beach holiday on the lovely island of Zanzibar. Honeymooners in particular love this combination of amazing, new sights followed up with some well-deserved relaxation, but it’s certainly suitable for everyone! October is towards the end of the dry season for Tanzania; it won’t be as hot as it gets, but will still be very pleasant, clear, and perfect weather for sunbathing.
