Villa Kubu

Located inland, near to the fashionable beach at Seminyak, Villa Kubu has fourteen bright and colourful private villas with either one or two bedrooms. More like a holiday home than a hotel, Villa Kubu is the sort of place where you can quite easily shut the doors of your villa behind you and bask in complete privacy for the duration of your stay.

There is no restaurant at the resort – instead, designated staff arrive to cook breakfast according to your personal tastes each morning in your villa and it is served on your private terrace. There is a small kitchenette if you wish to prepare your own meals or snacks. They can also organise lunches and dinners for you, but the beauty of the Villa Kubu is its proximity to the huge variety of restaurants and bars in nearby Seminyak, which are only around five minutes away by car.

Each villa is walled and entered through a traditional wooden Balinese doorway. Inside, a generous free-form swimming pool and outdoor balé are contained in a pleasant garden. The two bedroom villa has a large semi-outdoor living area, filled with big sofas, colourful daybeds and plenty of cushions, all ideal for relaxing. In the one bedroom villa, the bedroom and living area are all part of the same room, ideal for spending lazy days. All villas have Balinese antique style furniture and stylish semi-outdoor bathrooms. Villas come equipped with television, DVD player, iPod and docking system as well as a dedicated butler service throughout your stay.
